How it Works
Send up to 2 GB in six easy steps. 1. Log onto Timax in the normal way. 2. Select the "WEBCARGO" icon under Out of Town Services 3. Describe the contents of your digital delivery in as much detail
as you wish, or simply enter a title. This information provides a summary
of delivery contents for you and your recipients. 4. Choose your recipients 5. Select files to send 6. If you wish to send more files, simply select "Send More" 7. Once you finish, your transfers are logged as a normal order on the Tracing screen. This data is updated as the receipients retreive the files. The "From" email address will also receive direct notificatiions of this All electronic transfers are billed in the normal way, and will appear on your regular invoice just like normal courier deliveries. That's it! -- Each recipient will receive a personalized e-mail containing a clickable link. This link will bring them to their personal pickup zone on Timax's WEBCARGO's secure servers where only they will be able to access the files you've sent. You will also receive an E-mail order confirmation with a delivery tracking number and your billing summary. You will be notified by e-mail the moment your recipients retrieve their files. You may also check to see whether your files have been received by signing-in to your Timax account.
